To the Staff of Kinetico Water Systems,
This is something that my wife and I have been wanting to do for over a year, i.e. get rid of the water system that we had and put in a Kinetico System. We have some very dear friends that have a Kinetico System and, have for years, been extremely pleased with it’s performance.
The system that we wanted to replace was outdated, and it’s performance was seriously questioned…especially since it was electric based and always going out of sequence and regeneration. The Kinetico equipment was installed the same day that I asked for the analysis and a quote. The take down and clean up of the old system and installation of the new was done by the end of the day.
The Kinetico system is working as advertised and exceeds our expectations. I want to thank the Kinetico Staff for that, and be assured that you have a satisfied customer that will recommend you and Kinetico Water Systems to others. You may use me as a reference as you deem necessary.

We selected the 4040 system and had it installed a few months ago. After 2 months we started having issues with the unit not softening the water. I made a service call and the team came out very quickly. After trouble shooting the issue a few times the decided to replace the whole unit. I have not had any issues since. Before Kinetico, my skin was dry and dull 2 years after moving to FL. My hair felt hard and stuck together after a shower. A month after install, my skin looks noticeably different and my hair products actually have a chance to work! I also don’t feel afraid of drinking the tap water if we have nothing else. I wish I had got one sooner.
Mike was a pleasure to work with. He showed me the options and exactly what I needed. He is personable and easy. We got a dechlorinator and water softener. The office staff (Laura and Carrie?) are also easy to work with and they work to understand your concerns to get things done. Ramon did the install and Cody made the tweaks. It is a big investment and any challenge is a huge deal, and Kinetico is very responsive. We had a few hiccups after install but all is well now.
I know if anything comes up I am in good hands, oh wait that’s another company, haha. I recommend Kinetico to others.

I’ve been buying bottled water for years to avoid drinking from the tap. Finally made the decision to install a whole-house softener/filtration system that removes hard water and chlorine. I also got the K5 Drinking Station which removes fluoride and adds minerals. All for under $75 per month. I was spending between $80 to $100 already and not really knowing the quality of my water. On top of that sometimes there is no bottled water. The water tastes better than anything I have ever bought and you can really tell the difference on your skin. Super happy with my decision. From the salesman to the installers this was top-notch service and I highly recommend Kinetico of Winter Haven to anyone and everyone.

I purchased my first Kinetico back in 1990 for a new home in Lincoln NE Loved it! We moved to Polk County Florida in 1995, bought the same Kinetico unit and this was on well water. Loved it, It lasted until 2018. I have along the way purchased 2 more Kinetico units for other properties using well water, they always do a good job on conditioning and iron control. Yes you can buy cheaper units in box stores but Kinetico is worth every penny. Also great store and service out of Winter Haven store.

His name was Tim and like Marc who is no longer working for Kinetico he was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I have had to trust certain so called professionals in a variety of circumstances ( companies ) who were not honest or customer service focused.

We have well water, so we dealt with iron stains on our clothes and everything. Finally we decided to get an iron filter/water softener. Mike came out, tested our water and told us exactly what we needed. Within just a few days we had the system installed and everything has been great. It’s been about a month and our water is clear and soft, no dealing with iron stains anymore. Mike was super friendly and is always helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend Kinetico. Mike Patterson, of Kinetico, is an example of a fine Salesman (not talking about looks). Mike gave an Indepth presentation on all the Kinetico systems, but also explained why their system was better (I know, everyone thinks their product is better), but Kinetico is. It’s a non-electrical system, so we didn’t have the extra cost of installing an outlet outside of our house. Kinetico comes highly rated and appears to have a longer life cycle than that of other water systems. We bought it because it was being pitched by Mike Patterson and endorsed by Mike Holmes. So we looked long and hard for a water softener company as we are new to Polk County. What lead me to Kinetico is all the “measured performance” that they show, not just talk. Test results speak louder than words on a sales flyer. I am an engineer and this design is the best IMHO as it uses only Kinetic energy and does not need a 120V outlet! That is awesome as the best R/O Filter in the world which I have owned many units for over 10 years makes us of a permeate pump and no eclectic. That is not a coincidence. The design is crazy efficient and needs only 13 Gals for regeneration! What’s even better is this 2 tank system is really like 4 tanks and one side is regenerating with the pressure of the water while the other side is providing non-interrupted service of filtered water to the house. Awesome! The electric unit I was quoted would regenerate at 3AM as while it was using 60 Gals to do it there would be no filtered water to the house. not even the same ball park. Now after all the design and awesome tech lets get to the local vendor – as without Mike (Sales) and his awesome install team of Quality Water of Polk County this would not be installed in a few hours flawlessly without issue. I mean it is perfect, and working well as I can tell you no more chlorine smell and let’s not take my word for it – I am testing the water after breaking in the system for a week or so. I have testing results before the filter so I will be looking at Chlorine Level and Hardness. I can tell you the install crew worked hard to get the perfect install as you can see by the pics and this unit is easy to operate, they explained everything, and left me with 6 months of salt and all the documents. Just the best install experience you could ask for. Perfect. And now that the water is softer and no chlorine, I can attest to the fact i lost no measurable amount of water pressure and still measure the same basic reading at the hose bib beyond the filter. Can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team at Quality Water of Polk County and cannot say enough good things about the Kinetico 4040s when properly installed and setup. The results are awesome.
